The YouWeCan initiative was planted while Yuvraj Singh was still in the hospital. He shared his experience with the virtual world as he posted pictures of his treatment and the severe physical changes he was going through, sending one clear message: FIGHT.
Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong Foundation also inspired Yuvraj Singh to form YouWeCan. The US cycling legend is himself a cancer survivor and had sent an inspiring message to Yuvraj Singh while he was undergoing treatment in a US hospital.
This message is the threshold of the organization. Today, YouWeCan focuses on every sector of cancer. Be it creating awareness about its symptoms and chemotherapy procedures or helping educate the kids who are cancer survivors. All in all, we believe your hope and help from the near ones give you enough courage to face adversity in its face.
